What's my secret?
My bod!
No caffeine, sugar, and or fast food more than 2-3 times a week. Not breakfast lunch, dinner, all that in one day reaches your limit for the week.
2. Do not eat and lay down, unless you wait about 4 hours or sit with your upper bod elevated nearly 90 degrees with lower bod.
3. Water! Water! Water! We need water. If you do drink sugar water, such as soda, coffee, energy drinks, then you need to drink 2-3 times that amount in water along with your dialy needed amount.
*Note*
Sugar water extends the time and amount of menstrual cycles women have each month, I have 2-3 day periods and if I drink Gatorade 5 times in a month, I bleed 4 days and am mad.
4. Vegetables! Important. I prefer to have with each meal.
Not sure about this, but i rarely consume fruit. 1, I am allergic to citric acid, makes me break out, not anaphylaxis. 2, Forbidden as catholic. 3, I drink juices and wine to feel enough.
5. Try to exercise, even just walking, standing, or such 10 mins a day. My legs tend to hurt, especially after what happened to my in 2018, and after 2021 I fight the trauma to get back on my treadmill cause of how people start to chaos my life, or I claim jealousy. If I had boyfriend, he would suffice for all.
6. Fasting! Okay a couple days a week. Not daily. Eat 3 meals a day. Important. Do not snack or what seems to fab, graze eat or be a fat cow graze eater. I carnivore, 1 to 30/50 ratio.
7. Eat every 4 hours! Portions, changing up, not the same every day or each meal. Dessert is okay, but not daily or after each meal.
8. Eat as much as you can in 30 minutes fast.

9. Drink lots of water, nothing while eating. Drink after you eat. Or drink a glass or two of water before you eat, to feel full and not eat so much. Drinking while eatin waters it down.
10. Do! Not over eat fast food.
I do not consider Asian, Mexican, or Sub places as fast food. They are not greasy like Mcdonald's, Burger King, Wendy's Jack n the Box, or even Chi-fi-a. yes they double fry their chicken and it is not healthy.
11. I am not on birth control. That makes the body think it is pregnant already. Not in good ways. The longer on, the more you age Pregeant; like each kid you have adds 10-15 lbs for life. Many do not work well unless you are married or full-time boyfriend to have sex daily. Oral is not sex or same stimulation on the brain.
Many hate my mom raised my catholic, difficult to not of been such today with my lame job history, no tampons. I use Maxi pads, take getting used to, but not he chemicals physically inserted into ones body as tampons do, that lead to the women as such, by brands, and be bitches.
12. Vitamins! I take my vitamins, I will share my list, but I do not take them all at once or everyday. *CAUTION* Your body has to adjust to them or else you will make yursefl sick and not feel well. You need to eat regularly too or will destroy body organs.
Biotin, Iron, Apple Cider Vinegar, B12. I do take melatonin and valerian root to help me sleep as well, but not when drinking. I know I need zinc or niacin and some more B stuff.
I did try B12 shots January and February. It is easier for me to just take vitamins orally. I don't like needles and I wasted 2 of them by not being able to get it into my leg enough. Then stupid creepy people going through my trash to think I was a junkie finding a medical disposable needle provided by the nutrition place, found it on Groupon and got 4 shots for $30 to only have the 1st in me by nurse and waste the other 2 and last sitting in my bathroom.
Alos note! I am an adult entering my 30s. I used to do the one-a-day women's, but often people thought I was buying prenatal pills. Start with multi vitamins and work up others.
13. Dinking... humans have been doing such for thousands of years; before clean water it was the daily fluids consumed. Obviously, beer causes beer belly and empty calories, just eat less calories in a day. Beer has protein to for me to have lots of in my meals. I prefer wines and vodkas too, where that tends to make me hungry, and I stick to my 3 meals a day.
*I do not drink coffee, energy drinks, and maybe a soda couple times a year to get me all hyped up and thenI can't sleep. These are far worse fro your body than alchol. I refer to as sugar water, and that leads women to have 10 day periods of all the sugar they consume and mine to be 2-3 days. Suagar also causes hang overs, those fu-fu fruity drinks places... I would rather just do shots and not have head ache or stomach ache after drinking. For me to be up at 6 a.m. drinking noon to midnight on my days off.
14. Poop! Everybody poops! So many women hold theirs in. Don't! I know vitamins cause people to poop, but your body adjusts, but for me is a reason I do not take my vitamins everyday so i can have those body cleansing poops. If you have diarrhea you don't drink enough water or something else is wrong in your health and or diet. Back to women who do not poop everyday and say 1 a week or every 2 weeks. No! Your small intestine is 22 feet long, stop leavening shit in there to make you fat.
15. Milk! I love milk! You can be addicted to it. I try to drink a 16 oz glass of milk 3-5 days a week. Especially before or after drinking to help hydrate myself. I drink 2% and my mom, I still live with, always buys certain brands I have aunts and cousins who say not to, and she is mad when I buy other, that I guess has growth hormones in from the cow's food and could be a reason I look how I do. However, milk build strong bones and is just healthy for us overall.

-Smoked ciggartes age 14-20. Stunted growth to look at such? IDK. I looked older at age 14-18 than I do now.
-Weed age 14-25, 27-28, and 30 this year to be looking healthier.
-Alcholic age 25 to current... When I drink my face droops, and then people think I look younger than 29?
-Single for 9 years, not guy to age me. Unused leg muscles to make my legs and center bod look teenage, or nowadays seeming pre-teen that is now teen...
-Lives with my mom, age 29 1/2 to still be as she raised me and unable to grow from.
-Altitude... Coloradan (sadly) and it makes you hungry. Fight the hunger and win, but you have to eat still. More common for men, having more European DNA vs women having Southern Hemisphere, of the darker races to be chubby wubby like them and me crazy when dudes pick that and I am called fat being 3-5 x's smaller.
