What I Dreampt Last Night? (WDLN)
This was my assignment for a class Spring semester of 2024. The teacher had pulled me out of the zoom with the rest of the class to place me into a private course. She gave me a D, and I have to retake the course. Once I start writing I start and we were on module 6 by week 12 and I panicked to just go ahead and do it with what was given in the course and he say I did it all wrong and it was terrible because I didn't do my outline correct and that is why she kept me at Mod 4 by the last week of 15. Even though I was constantly asking the correct way to just move on. She is very old, and half the time kept talking about other student's stories as mine and me correct her that my protagonists name is Andrew and not what she would say or talk about. Apparently she has her own production company, but could never show us example of it or "good" and "correctly" written work.
My formatting was all wrong.
No matter what, she still says you can not begin anything with a montage and there are no continuous scenes. But that contradicts some of the other film courses I did before her writing course.
This one will take longer to put on here. It does not copy and paste from my Final Draft Software.
Act One
Learning to do an image carousel. I feel I have to upload them one, by one.

SCENE 1
CONTINUOUS
INT. ANDREW’S APARTMENT - DAWN - IT’S MORNING
It is 5:29 a.m. on a digital clock.
A man sleeps deeply in his bed under the covers with an arm and leg hanging out.
The clock changes to 5:30 a.m. and an alarm sounds.
The man grunts and rolls to his side turning the alarm off.
Sitting up removing the covers, he rubs his eyes to take a deep breath. Exhaling, he stands up and enters the bathroom.
He showers, shaves, and styles his hair.
Going to his closet he has a chair near by with a jacket draped. He picks it up and smells it. Making a face he pulls out another jacket, slacks, and button up shirt to dress himself. He pulled his belt out from a pair of dirty pants on the floor to look around and grab the first tie he saw.
Looking at the clock, read 5:44, he exits his room to enter his kitchen.
Coffee was already brewing and he pours it into a thermos from his sink.
To the door he grabs his keys from a bowl and leaves.
